New Beginnings will meet Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m.  This class is designed to bring Young Married Couples and Young Families together to build a lasting relationship between Jesus Christ and their families.

The Ladies Class is a ministry that provides an opportunity for the Lakewood Baptist Church to touch the lives of women through outreach and discipleship. It is a place where women can mentor, learn, and live out the love they have received through Jesus Christ. The classroom is located at the south entrance of the church. Foundations 101 is designed to help Adult Couples and Singles enhance and enrich their spiritual walk with God.  Come and be a part of this diversified class, with ages ranging from 35 yrs. to 50 yrs.

The Men’s Class is a ministry dedicated to helping men be the godly examples God calls them to be. The Men’s Class seeks to provide men with resources to develop godly character and to equip them to influence the world for Christ.  The classroom is located at the southwest entrance of the church next to the youth building. The Prime Time Class is a ministry that is dedicated in involving the older adults in the acts of service and worship. This class seeks to encourage participation and spiritual growth within the church, and help men and women to engage in service. The class is for men and women 55 years and older.  The classroom is located on the southeast side of the church and meets at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings. The class is led by Dr. Larry Gilliam.
